Analyze how the author developed their text in response to their rhetorical situation. This non-fiction text (e.g. an op-ed, long-form journalistic article, speech, vlog entry, podcast episode, etc.) must be published within your lifetime. 1.Establish the rhetorical situation that surrounds the text, such as the discourse community from which it emerges.
