The goal of this assignment is to help you identify a variety of human factors issues (definitions, risks, and hazards) of relevance to aviation management (as opposed to pilots, air traffic control, maintenance engineers, etc). Examples may be taken from the available literature. Therefore, this assignment assesses Learning Outcomes 1 and 2 of online-assignment-help/this course.
Rationale
The goal of the module is to help you identify HF topics of relevance to aviation professionals (including managers). Because such knowledge is not spelled out exactly in textbooks, you can revise what you know about HF for pilots, then decide which parts of that knowledge may be of relevance to other aviation professionals. As part of Assignment 1, you are tasked with answering two simple questions:
- Can you identify human factors issues of relevance to management?
- Can you provide examples of HF issues of relevance to aviation?
