This is an exercise in starting to identify career pathways. You then need to consider you own strengths, weaknesses and opportunities currently and how to pursue your future study and any potential additional professional development toward your career.
Finally, in whatever industry you work, there will be legal and ethical professional responsibilities and standards. As such, you are required to be able to identify an understanding of these requirements.
This assessment item will largely be driven by your choice of one job advertisement, with you undertaking a personal SWOT analysis (although, there is no ‘T’ component required here).
