A third metric that could be used to evaluate training program effectiveness is employee engagement and employee motivation.
Is the employee more determined to fulfill his/her duties?
Is the employee energetic about his/her tasks?
Is he/she intrinsically motivated and displays high willingness to achieve targets?
These factors would indicate employee motivation. Thereby, indicating whether the training has been successful in delivering the necessary knowledge and skill development to boost the employee morale and increase satisfaction and dedication towards job.
An increase in customer satisfaction will ensure that the organization’s efforts in providing the necessary skills and knowledge to it’s employees are in proper direction. This means that, the employees have developed the necessary skills to suffice the needs of customers, for example provide faster and more accurate service or instant repair services or eliminated/reduced errors in processing requests, etc
