Business Plan Solution Report

Business Plan Solution Report Requirement Description You are expected to gain access to a company of your choice (ideally the company you are currently working at) and identify a business problem. Using data from the external and internal environment, you are expected to analyse the company’s situation, the actual problem (including its triggers) and suggest a number of solutions. In doing so, take into serious consideration the ethical elements of the problem as well as the suggested solution. In addition, the impact of globalization should be reflected in the analysis, including aspects of culture, technology and finance. Important Notice: the assignment is divided into six (6) components as presented below. You are expected to address one component each week (1 component X 6 weeks = 6 components in total). You tutor will offer feedback to the first 4 components/ weeks. Then, by week 6, you are expected to have all six components ready and submit them at the end of week 6 as one consistent report – titled, ‘Business Plan Solution Report’. Elements of the internal business environment (Week 3) • You are supposed to describe the following, identify strengths and weaknesses and make suggestions how to improve weakness and how to exploit the strengths.
