The analysis which leads to 3 alternatives with a little description and pros and cons each. And choose one of the alternatives as the recommendation and explain why is it choosen. – 1 pages 4. Implementation plan -using the tops approach as a basis, stating how you would manage the strategic change including the type of change and tactics for change (the tops model is from lecture 2 pdf file) and please apply frame bending concept from lecture 3 pdf. (Frame bending is important) – 3 pages 5 – success criteria – how to measure the success change successfully- 0.5 page Preferred language style Simple (Easy vocabulary, simple grammar constructions)
