Compose one page of prose in which you use all the resources of the language discussed in the textbook—imagery, simile, metaphor, antithesis, alliteration, etc.—to describe a scene or to capture an emotion. Here are some possible prompts:
– the beach at sunset
– walking in the forest
– a rainy night
– life in the city
– a boisterous party
– any special location
– my happiest moment
– my favorite person
– my favorite childhood memory
Be as “literary” or “poetic” as you wish in this exercise. When you are done, try speaking the text out loud. See what works – some things may feel too melodramatic when spoken out loud, while you may find other places you could have given even more description. I think you’ll find much of what you write surprisingly effective and moving prose. For more information on Communication Essay read this https://www.toppr.com/
