Description The purpose of this task is for you to obtain, analyse and interpret data to assess the competitive challenges and opportunities facing a specific sector of the food industry. You will select a particular sector of the Australian food industry (for example seafood, meat, dairy, horticulture) and identify and evaluate the competitive challenges and opportunities facing that particular sector.
