Conducting a research about education.
For this synthesis, you should address EACH OF the following prompts: PART ONE: Imagine that you are doing a research project about education. Utilizing the research model outlined in Chapter 2 answer these questions: (Note, this paper is about the process of researching, not an actual research paper. There is a big difference.) What are the steps that you would go through in order to complete your project? (Run your hypothesis through the steps as outlined and give examples.) What are the most important concerns you would have about the research? What research method(s) would work the best for your project and why? PART TWO: Choose a sociologist from this seminar, and discuss how his or her theory can be applied to your life. PART THREE: What, in your opinion, are the most important concepts, people, or ideas in this first seminar — and why? Choose at least three and briefly summarize.
