ASSESSMENT TASK 3 – Workplace Project
You are employed with a real estate agency as property manager. A local family has contacted you to seek advice on leasing out their home while away interstate on an employment contract for approximately 2 years.
Friends of theirs received excellent service in regards to management of their investment property and recommended they contact you to discuss management of their home. Due to a bad experience with leasing out property in the past, the family has some concerns over the security of their home while they are interstate.
You are to put together an information kit specifically addressing how you would undertake the successful leasing of their property, noting their concern over security. The information kit should be no less than 2 pages.
