Critical Commentary (Process and Frameworks of Law & Religion).
Use four blog posts(provided) as a basis to develop a critical commentary – needs to be fully footnoted – based on research – critiquing the frameworks via informed research – should start in a personal position (conceptualize) then go higher in the level of abstraction ( from specific to general) – derive concepts from what we’ve done –> synthesize finally look at framework (strengths and weaknesses) Should be formatted like this: Introduction Main Body Conclusion Critical Element Footnotes Full Bibliography (Can be in thematic structure)
