Tasks:
1) Identify a critical health and safety hazard. By “critical” you should be considering health and safety hazards that have the potential to have a significant impact in the workplace, for example workplace fatalities or significant business interruption, or are the focus of industry attention.
The hazard can be based on your own experiences or working environment, or any other hazard that you have an interest in/concerns about. Make sure you identify a hazard that will have direct (see below) management system controls for you to discuss. If you are not sure about your choice please email me to confirm.
