This is a Literature Review that requires 750-1000 words. The assignment requires 3 sections to the literature review, the introduction, the body of the review has 2 parts as well as the conclusion of the review. I would like to incorporate the use of cryoprotectants (cell-permeating and non-cell permeating), extenders, diluents, thawing rates, equilibration time, freezing time. Could you please research on how all these factors can contribute to a good cryopreservation research as well as how it affects the sperm motility? In the introduction of this review, could you firstly highlight the importance of the topic, introducing the background with key definitions highlighted and please do highlight the current gaps in the research and overview of what needs to be covered. To be exact, in the introduction, it is necessary to include Topic (General statement of what review is), Significance of topic (practical research significance of topic), Background of problem, Gap (what is missing in literature) and overview statement (it has 2 parts, a critical perspective that reviewer is using to organise the body) Next, the body of the review will have 2 parts to it. Could you do it in such a way where you divide into sections for example: the different kinds of cryoprotectants used at different concentration and its effect on sperm motility in different marine fishes ( please link the different marine fishes from different articles by comparing values etc.) and then go on with extenders, cooling rate and all factors that will affect the sperm motility and do the same by comparing values from different marine species. list out the percentage of dead/live cells after using it during cryopreservation, the % of sperm motility and whatever effects it has on the cryopreservation process Please also add in more information in the body of review and do indicate in text citation in the paragraphs properly.
