Culture and Ethnic Studies – empire.
1) Empire has been a common theme throughout the first half of this course. How have empires changed and progressed throughout this period the dawn of Western Civilization to the end of Antiquity? What societies were greatly impacted by empires and what was the cause of these empires’ decline? Remember that it does not need to be called an empire for a society to have elements of an empire. Be sure to include at least three major empires we have looked at during the first half of the course. Be specific and provide plenty of details.
