Identify and analyse at least two (2) customer segments or ‘customer personas’ who are your targets for the business idea. Each customer segment should include age, gender and relationships if relevant, locations, interests, communication methods, drivers

 

Demographics:

  • – age: 18-30
  • – male, female or other
  • – middle, high class

 

Behaviours:

  • – keep looking in internet for cheap flights and offers
  • – frequent travellers
  • – active in social media
  • – want a “break” on their life
  • – Like to explore and to know new people
