The job description must include the following: 1. Job Title 2. Grade 3. Purpose 4. Job Summary 5. Tasks & duties 6. Work context 7. Person specifications (KSA&O) 8. Education and Experience 9. Core/behavioral/ technical competencies 10. Equipment and tools used 11. Reporting relationship make sure to go over the assessment page to check the criteria is all included as it is mentioned.
