Unit is Entrepreneurship and have to present a Business plan proposal. The business plan proposal should provide evidences that you have begun to investigate the background of the business enough to be able to plan a series of activities that will enable you to develop the plan. There should be a word file with 700 to 800 words in 2-3 pages. Plus there is a Template given which has to be filled according to the proposal. More details of assignment are attached in the file submitted. Business idea possibly be in Australia and if it possible related to electrical technology.
1. Problems: Background/description of context/need/benefits ? Explain the context of the business, why it is needed, where appropriate, the intended target market and stakeholders ? Include some initial research as appropriate.
2. Solutions: ? How is your business answering the stated problems?
3. Unique value propositions ? What is your positioning? ? How are you differentiating yourself from (potential) competitors?
4. Customer Segments ? Who are your customers? ? What is their behaviour like (especially in the channel you would like to communicate to them)? ? How can you win them?
5. Revenue Model ? How do you plan to earn the revenue for this business? ? Include cost Structure
6. Channels ? How do you plan to approach your potential customers?
7. Risk ? Outline the risks and the associated risk prevention strategies applicable to your business.
