To what extent could partnership and/or leadership of place approaches enable me to address these issues? How has experiential learning from the residency informed my practice? You may focus on your current organisation, or your local community if you are not directly employed at present. It is important that you discuss what you personally wish to tackle, rather than analysing a company or a region more generally. Make sure you look to the future, not the past. Draw from theory and your knowledge of local conditions to develop your argument. Ensure that you critically review and reflect on experiential learning gained within the Residency.
