A case study helps you investigate a business problem, examine the alternative solutions and propose the most effective solution. Case studies help students understand, grow and see other perspectives within the Human Resource field. Your group will choose a Quality Management case study and provide the topic to the instructor for approval. You will identify the 3-5 key problems and explain why they exist. You must articulate how the problems impact the organization and who is responsible. Use your book, course discussions, outside research and your own experiences to provide the best solution to the problem. Be sure to provide background information, relevant facts and the most important issues within the case.
