• Identify a focus for data collection by questionnaire.
• Devise your questionnaire using recommended literature to support your design.
• Trial your questionnaire with a sample group of four respondents. Ensure that you follow the ethical guidelines.
• Analyse the data and consider what you have learned from the trial.
