Description The following should be included in the presentation; What was the issue reported in the media (e.g. drug abuse, affair, corruption, scandal, copyright, etc.)? – Outline the context and say who was involved and when this occurred. What were the legal and ethical impacts of the issue identified (Invasion of privacy, defamation, intellectual property, impacts on young and vulnerable, loss of endorsements, role models etc.)?An explanation of the relevant law and how it impacts on the issues. Relevant case law/legislation must be included. How was it reported in the media and through what platforms (e.g. newspaper, online, TV, etc.)? Who was affected and what were the consequences? What lessons can be learnt/recommendations made following the issue identified by all stakeholders involved (e.g. crisis management, PR, ethics of the press, good management, etc.)?
