Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission (Links to an external site.) A baker refused to bake a cake for a gay couple’s wedding. As a result the gay couple complained to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. The baker cited first amendment right to religious expression. It’s a good topic because it does bring a lot of questions. Can you force someone to support something that is against their religion?
