Framework and policy.
Write a framework and a paper of High policy for an internship program that you will create for your company. Your company have the following core departments: 1- Research and Development 2- Projects Mangement 3- Investment And the following supporing departments: 1- Business support (includes marketing Training HR IT and planning) 2- Legal 3- Finance Considering high school students Masters students and Phd students as well how will the framework look like to better serve all of the company core and support departments. For example you may use Masters and Phd students as interns to benefit in Research and development department while high school student can join any core or supporting departments to influence their career pathway. Make sure to include the responsibility and engagement matrix for the process.
