This is a very interesting approach and I would like to further elaborate on it. How can a global leadership approach can be achieved? If we consider that organizational characteristics such as organizational structure, corporate culture, training and development philosophy as well as factors from the external environment affect leadership, how could we achieve uniformity in leadership globally?
