HealthReach

The assignment is a continuation of assesment one. A case study was provided where we had to use four articles to identify the issues, summarise the findings and explain the research to High Perfomance Work Systems (HPWS). I have attached the case study as a screenshot along with my assessment one. Assessment task 2: HR Consultancy Proposal (40%) Your task is to create a proposal which will address some of the concerns expressed to you by Dr Livingstone. This proposal will be presented to the Board of Directors of HealthReach in the coming months. In your proposal, please identify four (4) components of a high performance work system that you recommend be introduced at HealthReach. For each component/HR practice, ensure that you include: • A description of the component/HR practice that you would like to introduce at HealthReach • A rationale for the introduction of this component/HR practice, drawing on appropriate HR theories and concepts • An analysis of the predicted outcomes of introducing this component/HR practice, based on the current research being conducted by HRM academics across the world – be sure to include a discussion of both attitudinal and performance outcomes. You do not have to include any costings for the implementation of f this proposal. You do not have to include any discussions about how you will evaluate the effectiveness of these recommendations.
