Human resource report.
The objective of the project is to give students the opportunity to gain an in-depth look at how global HR is carried out in practice. You may choose any aspect of current global HR practices on which to focus. For example, you could study how a specific company attracts and recruits talents worldwide, programs used by different companies to help their employees achieve work-life balance, engaging in employee well-being, outsourcing HR, on-line recruitment and so forth. The research materials can come from the Internet, books, journal articles, company websites, annual reports, company documents, newspaper and magazine articles, etc. You could also seek information from consulates, chambers of commerce, and trade offices. First-hand information obtained by conducting interviews with managers is preferred.
