I need the Computer name, the ip address of the patched and not patched

I patched the lastest version of  Symantec Endpoint Protection 14  14.2.1.1 (14.2 RU1 MP1)version/build14.2.4814.1101 on 250 computer. I need a Powerscript that would let me know if the software was Patched or not. I need the Computer name, the ip address of the patched and not patched. Window version of machine patched. 7,8.1,8,10
