Task Interview, Written Report and Oral Presentation: Conduct a 30-minute interview with a business leader from your current organisation or another approved organisation on their views of responsible leadership. Then, using relevant contemporary responsible leadership literature and concepts to identify key themes, analyse the results of the interview and write a 1800-word written report. The Board has asked you to deliver a 5-minute presentation on the summary of your findings which incorporates how relevant research literature has informed your views. ? Present the complexity of the global business environment and the need for responsible leadership. ? Describe what you consider to be the most important traits, skills and tasks of a responsible leader. ? Explain how the relationships in the organization and with other stakeholders will be affected by responsible leadership. ? Describe the culture of the organisation that would exist because of responsible leadership. Prepare a 1800 word report. The focus is on high quality critique and integration of academic sources to support your report. All reports should include a minimum of six (6) academic peer reviewed journal articles. Additional sources may include company websites, industry associations, and government authorities. Non-scholarly websites, including, but not limited to, Wikipedia, UKessays.com etc. may not be used.
