The following tasks will support you to compile the report:
Task 1
Provide a brief introduction into both organisations which outline their main organisation activities, location, staff profile and current Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats in relation to their Knowledge Management System.
Task 2
Include in this evaluation a KM value chain and a discussion of the various supporting systems i.e Information Technology Systems’ that interact with the Knowledge Management System.
Task 3
This conclusion should address issues from within the findings that will ensure ‘future proofing’ of the talent held within the organisation and knowledge development within it’s micro environment.
Task 4
Write a set of recommendations that provides the organisation with areas for development in its Knowledge Management System.
