You will write a 5-page leadership autobiography. This will be the story of your journey to leadership. The paper should include the following elements: 1. Outline for the paper(1-page). A personal biography of where you are today and how you go there (1-page). 4. A leadership style that best suits your personality and ways you believe this leadership style will aid you in career growth (1-page, should include outside resources). USE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE 5. At least 5 goals (short, mid, or long-term) goals for your leadership career path (~1-page) 6. A letter to yourself on the day of your retirement. What have you achieved throughout career? What were unexpected challenges? What were your greatest achievements? Was your journey what you expected or not? How, why? Include as many details as possible! Be creative (1-page)
