A little about me below.
I am a 29-year-old female who was a teen mother and I graduated from high school early and I have a bachelor’s in behavioral science and a master’s in Psychology. I have a passion for helping children, family, and my community especially individuals who struggle with behavior and or conduct disorders. I too struggled with the behavior/conduct disorder group, but I learned that self- awareness and learning to change my thoughts to more positive ones have helped me change in a very significant way. I am currently working as a mental health counselor and was formerly a DCFS caseworker. I am also an active CASA Court-appointed special advocate working with at-risk minors.
