Topic Statement:

Victoria’s Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission 2019 report, documented a 90% increase in racial discrimination complaints in 2017-2018. In the workplace, such racial discrimination can have significant implications for individuals, organisations and HR practitioners.

Task
