Nutritional journal

Nutritional journal.

Instructions below. No matter who you are, there is always some way that you can improve upon your life or help those around you. So, for this set a goal for yourself related to the topic of nutrition and follow through with it for the duration of the course. Now, you’re thinking that’s only four weeks, but it’s a start. You are going to keep a weekly journal in the CLOG section of iLearn to track your progress and include a summary with your final project. The summary of your goal will be a 3-5 page paper that gives an overview of your goal, research that you did in order to reach your goal, high points and low points during your goal, what worked and didn’t work, overall progress at the end of the course, and of course your outlook for the future. Here are some examples of goals you could set for yourself: • Cook at least one healthier home cooked meal per week • Learn more about XX disorder related to nutrition – example – gluten intolerance, diabetes, etc. because of a friend, family member, etc. that has the disorder • Include more fresh fruits and vegetables in my diet to reach the 5 a day recommendation Please – there should be no physical exercise goals for a nutritional goal. Please use your blog entries as a guide to write a 3-5 page summary paper to rehash your journey. Please include in the paper: your goal and rationale, research you did to help you to reach your goal, things you tried along the way that worked and didn’t work, your overall view of how you did attempting to achieve your goal, and your outlook for the future.
