Task 1:
In this project, we will need of the many employees and supply of construction work, we also need all Gym accessories, CCTV camera, AC, fan, Water, electricity, carpet, automated gate etc. To get these all things we also need money for this as that money will pay us ICL. We also need guideline of Royal Gym and support of Royal Gym as we can make this Gym under the system of the Royal Gym.
As a project leader, I have many positive assumption towards this project, while, I also have some threat towards risk in this project, while I will complete this project on time or not, I will make this project under the budget or not, I will make the project under the condition of Royal Gym. While, to tackle with all these risk, we have effective planning, as we will work on every steps carefully and make the deadline and money planning for the every project. We will keep extra $500,0000 in our hands, so that as money get short we will have extra money in hand.
