When you need to form a team one thing that you will have to consider is the composition of that team.In your opinion is diversity within teams good or bad? Would you try to form teams of people who are all alike or would you strive for a diverse mix of members? How does group composition or diversity in the mix of members affect group performance? Consider differences such as ethnicity gender skills expertise traits and attitudes. Use at least one specific example to back up your opinion.
