Description Every group is required to come up with a design of a new product (goods or services) as part of this project. The report in this deliverable should contain (1) a brief overview about the company you have chosen to develop the product for, (2) the major operations management processes within the firm, (3) the idea for the new product, and (4) a preliminary environmental analysis (SWOT, position in the market, competitors and background information).
