PART B
Quantitative research uses statistical data to identify and express the relationships between independent variables, dependent variable and test the validity of hypothesis development for the research (Creswell, 2009). On the other hand, Qualitative research analyzes the subjective meanings of issues, events or practices through collection of non-standardized data and analyzing other researches rather than based on number and statistics (Flick, 2014).
Imagine you are the Marketing Manager (in any chosen company, in any chosen industry, in any chosen location), you need to critical review of the processes involved in conducting a consumer marketing research (using the mixed method, which involves both the quantitative and qualitative approach) to further investigate on how your chosen company can produce an accurate forecast of the nature of the product related features in your chosen industry that will be able to attract the patronage of the targeted market.
