You are required to attempt the following essay question, by writing a critical analytical essay of between 2000 – 2100 words. (Your word count is based on your introduction, body and conclusion, and does not include your title page or your list of references at the end of your essay.) Essay question: What is meant by the term ‘moral compass’ with respect to an individual’s leadership mindset and practice? Is it advantageous for leaders today to have a strong moral compass, or does it inhibit their political propensity and inclination to acquire power and cultivate influence? ?
