He is depressed and has mood swings. He lost his job and custody of his 3 year old daughter 2 years ago. Client started drinking five years ago at age 23 shortly after the death of his mother to cancer. He has been unable to keep a job for the past 3 years due to his drinking. He missed work a couple of times when he had a hangover, and when he does go to work he has been intoxicated and sent back home.
