read the story and get the answer so easy just one question

Consider how you would work with the following
scenario. Imagine that you are working with the
family described. Although an emphasis is placed on
the father’s experience as a man, consider how race,
socioeconomic status, other gender-related matters,
and age contribute to your understanding. Use the
prompts to help guide your thinking.
An African American family enters treatment for the
first time because its members are always fighting and,
as the wife/mother noticed, they don’t seem to spend
much time together anymore. As the session proceeds,
she mentions that while she appreciates the affluent life
that her husband—the sole income earner—provides,
she misses him and wants him to spend more time with
her at home. He becomes irritated and cold, saying,
“It’s hard to have it both ways, Sweetheart. If I don’t
work, you don’t get your fancy gym membership and
Mercedes Benz.” She looks away, and you wonder if she
might be feeling shame. The teenage son says, “Actually, I don’t care if you’re never home.” The father shoots
the young man an angry look. You expect the father to
blow up, but instead he becomes silent and you notice
his eyes watering. Very quietly, he says, “Apparently, my
family doesn’t understand how much I love them. They
don’t understand that as the man I give my life to work
to provide the very best for them that I can.”
