The challenges in this unit will give you the opportunity to examine and analyze whistleblowing and workplace safety. VIEW 2 CHALLENGES CHALLENGE CHALLENGE 7 You are working at a large investment firm and notice some discrepancies in the books that might be evidence of insider trading. This brings about suspicions that the firm is failing, which could have significant repercussions on not only your job and the firm, but potentially Wall Street. What should you do? Develop a code of ethics, and decide how you will present it as well as what other actions your team will take to develop an ethical culture. As you develop this ethics code, be sure to include legal, ethical, and social responsibility considerations for the firm.
