• Be sure to integrate your detailed descriptions, analysis and evaluation of the evidence as well as Herzberg’s Motivation Theory to build a persuasive argument about your claim (and sub-claims where applicable). • Your paper will take the form of an article that might appear in a business periodical. Many examples are available in Canadian Business, The Economist, Fast Company and other popular business magazines. • The report should be about 5-6 pages (Times new roman, size 12, 1.5 space, one inch margins) using APA style for citations and references.
