Servant Leaders in the Army.
Thesis for the paper is: Servant leaders are essential to the Army because these leaders develop other leaders, facilitate a culture of trust, and support diversity throughout the Army. The thesis statement must be placed as the first sentence in the introduction paragraph. Each body paragraph should correspond with one of the points mentioned in the thesis statement provided. There should be a total of five paragraphs. One introduction, three body that each correspond with the three points in the thesis statement, and a conclusion that does not introduce new information but summarizes the previously mentioned information in the paper. The paper must be written in ACTIVE voice statements only. No passive voice unless used rarely and logically . It must be written in ONLY THIRD person. Provide one example of a servant leader in the Army and their great impact on the Army. Somewhere in the paper, please referred the fact that to be a good leader, you must have first been a great follower. Must be written in arias font size 12, double spaced. Two spaces after each period. 1 inch margins from left, right, and bottom edges. A good reference to use would be Army regulation 25-50 to determine what army leaders are expected to be and how much influence they have on the Army. It can be googled and found on the Internet. If used, this can be one of the sources required. Remember, a servant leader is a person who focuses on enriching the lives of others and improving the army such as commanders, squad leaders, Noncommisioned Officers, and so on. (You May use all levels of army leadership) Paragraphs should be 3-6 sentences only. Paper should be 80% analysis and 20% summary/paraphrase. Paragraphs should be longer than 10 lines
