Subject Area: Social Work. This chapter that I am sending is Ch.3 (methodology) of my Dissertation. This dissertation is about implementing an intervention program at an alternative school to assist teachers with the issues of bullying in the classrooms. The researcher (myself) will interview teachers to get a background on their experiences of being involved in bullying situations and intervening in the past. Once all interviews have been conducted, focus groups will be created (with the same teacher participants) and will work together to implement an effective bullying intervention program.
