Hello, I will need a 2000 word essay on Justice & Punishment of the NSW courts. You can choose from 3 questions to write about and let me know which one you choose so i can give you some unit reading list as you may need to use them. You also will need to make up primary data of cases from the local court and district court visits to make up your argument with the use of secondary data and academic sources. Basically create cases you “see” in the 2 courts to fit with your argument but they will need to fit with the NSW court system. Use as many sources a syou need. To make things easier I will provide you with a court report which I found online that answers question 1 as a guide line but make everything different if you want to use the primary data from this court report and any other stuff from it. That court report has an appendices but I want you to incorporate the observations in the essay as you write.
