Week 7 Discussion: Stress Reduction Plans
How do you plan to relax while completing your Health Sciences degree? What has worked and NOT worked for you in the past? Why do you think finding a stress-reduction technique will be important to you during this time of your life and in your future? Provide some concrete recommendations for your classmates to consider. Do not just recommend “mediation” but find a meditation plan that seems fun and easy to start – that will ideally be successful for them! If on a website – provide the link. If a written document or a video – attach to your discussion board posting.
