Assess of your business opportunity proposed in Assessment 1, to:
- identify and utilise external resources to the determined business opportunity which can be considered an adjunct to the business plan to be developed in Assessment 3.
These resources may include:
- Financial resources
- Physical resources
- Human resources (including networking)
- Technological resources
- Reputation
- Organisational resources
- Time
The resources should be considered in relation to the value they can add to the new business opportunity. For example, this may involve use of an incubator or business accelerator, or other identified external resources including specialist advice. It is also needed that you identify and discuss two motivational and leadership issues specific to entrepreneurial and innovation practices.
