The objectives of the preliminary study are to investigate 1. the stage of implementation of BPM among the SMEs in UAE ( 2. the motivation for them to implement BPM in their company 3. the limitations for not implementing BPM 4. the challenges or problems they face implementation BPM Pls use the paper as guidance to : 1. determine the research questions 2. develop the questionnaire – relevant questions. Your task: 1. prepare short notes on how you are going to conduct the preliminary study, consisting 1. the research questions, 2. items of the questionnaire to get the answers for your research questions it would be good if we can get the findings and include in your proposal to strengthen the reasons why you want to do research on the implementation of BPM among SMEs – you have the supporting evidence from the literature review as well as from the real data ( empirical data). after finishing this add them in the thesis proposal document. the research as to have a table of 5 researcher where they reach on the BPM and a comparison of 4 or 5 components. also make a survey between 20 or 30 businessmen ask them 20 questions about Adoption of SMEs in UAE.
