Description how the company ( you have to named any global company dealing with customer for example Zara ) but any other famous company , did with the customer and it history before using IT system , how the company can deal with the customers needs and wants , and how to bring the shoes or t-shirt for example from different branch for customer without having IT system , and then after using the IT system in its company what the advantage the customer and the company get when using IT system in the company ?
