The culture probe.
The method of Cultural Probes has been widely used in the HCI literature. As a part of this task, students are asked to review a range of research studies that have used this method and write an essay of ~1500 words that will provide a critique considering strengths and weaknesses of this Method. It is expected that students’ assay will contain a list of peer-reviewed research studies and a strong synthesis of ways in which the method has been used. ACM reference style.
